The Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Administration 2010 service is not started. Start the service and try again.

  Solution:-
               1.open the Run prompt (Windows-key + R)
               2.Type "Services.msc"
               3.Just Start the "Sharepoint 2010 Administration" Services
